The business was established by its owner, Duncan Pittock, in 1990.
Duncan is a practical, hands-on engineer who enjoys the challenge of problem-solving. A distinctive service he offers is providing tailor-made engineering solutions to meet the special need and requirements of individual customers.
As well as earning a living through engineering, Duncan is a keen steam enthusiast. He owns a substantial collection of portables and a major spare time interest is steam restoration. More details are to be found on the Steam page.
